Fulfillment:
Once payment is completed, clients will receive a Calendly link to schedule any live sessions included in their purchase. For résumé review services, a detailed video will be delivered within the timeframe specified at checkout or in follow-up communication.
Cancellations:
Live sessions may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice. In such cases, a refund may be initiated upon request, minus Stripe processing fees. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are not eligible for refunds.
Refunds:
Due to the nature of personalized services, all sales are final. Refunds cannot be offered once work has begun or a review/video has been delivered.
